SIG-ci Quarantine Catch-up: find an alternative time that better meets the US timezone

Hey,

it was recently asked whether it might be possible to find a time for above weekly meeting so that US people get a chance to attend in person - this poll aims to find a new time slot or set of slots.

I've added a couple dates so that people can make suggestions i.e to alternate between different times - just as an example once every two weeks in CEST afternoon, the other every two weeks in the CEST morning or something similar.
