First release of kubevirt/virt-template ready for testing

Hi everyone,

I am pleased to announce the release of the first version of
kubevirt/virt-template (v0.1.0).

This add-on for KubeVirt is designed to provide native and user-
friendly templating workflows for KubeVirt virtual machines. We are now
at a stage where the codebase is stable enough for wider usage, and we
are looking for community feedback and testing.
