• [bc] Higher than usual SIG CI failure rate due to build failures in release-1.0 & release-1.1 - issue has been resolved but as there are still PRs being merged that were previously affected. Also impact from enabling CPU manager where nodes had to be drained. 

• [fossedihelm] release-1.0 to be fixed still, another issue that has provider causing high rate of failures

• Igor to fix two known flakes that about guest access credentials he detected, but pto still, fossedihelm not sure whether bw available (comment by Igor)

• conclusion: every backport PR to 1.0 should be opened with hold, as there’s always failures

• [fossedihelm] 1.34 provider issue update (https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/issues/15554):

• Issue was caused by a new field named ObservedGeneration in pod condition which prevents the vmi controller to patch the paused condition.

• The fix is: https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/pull/15599
