[kubevirt-dev] Issue with fossa presubmit lanes

Hi everyone,

There is an ongoing issue with the fossa presubmit lanes that is causing them to fail constantly[1] - these lanes have been set to optional[2]. They will be moved back to required once the issue is resolved.
