Build failures due to bazel cache issue

Hi,

Starting yesterday, many jobs have started failing, accompanied by error messages indicating a problem retrieving Bazel artifacts.

The Bazel cache has been cleared and restarted, in the hope that this will fix the issue.

The situation is now under monitoring.

Hi,

It appears the fix has been effective.

A batch of 7 PRs have been merged against the main branch of the KubeVirt repository.
