Request Feedback for Implementation of Multi-Hypervisor Support VEP

Hello everyone,

I would like to thank the community again for their support through the design phase for the VEP to add multi-hypervisor support to KubeVirt. Here is a link to the merged design doc:

I would like to share a draft PR that introduces the proposed interfaces for multi-hypervisor support in KV. I would appreciate if you could take a look and provide feedback.

At the time of writing this email, the above PR's changes don't cover virt-launcher, which I am working on and should have ready by the weekend. However, if you can provide any initial feedback about the interfaces already introduced and the way they have been invoked, I would really appreciate it.
