• [bgartzia] First time for me attending these meetings, so just let me know if this is or not an appropriate place for this kind of discussion.

• I’m working on some code so network binding plugins could configure the virt-launcher (and qemu process) memory lock limits, as happens for sriov interfaces, for example.

• I’m adding another attribute to the network binding plugin registration API that lets configure that through a ratio/offset.

• I will probably send a VEP/patch pair once I have a working example.
