Exception Request - VEP 172: Cross-Architecture Virtualization

Hello,

This was already approved and lgtm before CF but I've just had to
rebase due to FG conflicts [1], which caused the lgtm to be lost.

I'm requesting an exception to allow the lgtm to be reapplied so the
implementation PR can land.

Nope the implementation PR
https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/pull/17199 landed so this is
finished for v1.9.0.

Apologies; I forgot this was documented at the bottom of the README.md
in the repo. Would it be possible to send a reminder email next cycle
ahead of CF?

I also missed the community meeting ahead of CF so apologies again if
it was discussed and documented there.
