Suspected GitHub outage this morning - 504 GW errors

Hey all,

this morning we became aware of some pull requests failing with 504 Gateway issues. We investigated and found several failing builds with the same symptom [1].

Since some affected PRs showed that a re-trigger of the failed lane was successful we identified some of the affected PRs that had not yet been retested and issued a /retest on them.
