KubeVirt TLS versions and CMVP certs

Hello, 

We're looking to implement KubeVirt into our FedRAMP environment. Going through assessments right now. Assessor is looking for what version of TLS is being used. They are also looking for the CMVP numbers related to TLS. I searched on the site, and couldnt' find anything. Hoping someone might know where to find the info.

in general the TLS configuration is up to `spec.configuration.tlsConfiguration` in the KubeVirt CR.
