• VEP-144: Adjust virt-launcher memory lock requirements

• Requested an exception, as it didn’t make it in; it had lgtm+approval tags already.

• Bgartzia sent the exception request mail, but for some reason is not reaching the mailing list.

• VEP-97: Multi-Hypervisor support in KubeVirt

• VEP-10: GPU DRA devices in KubeVirt
