• seems to be a regression caused by PR#18436, /retest won’t help

• sig-monitoring must step up, no PRs triggering the lane will get merged until a fix is merged: PR#18416, PR#18544, PR#18574, PR#18655, …

• [fossedihelm] Looks like sig-operator quarantined tests are back succeeding again.
