[bc] New ARM cluster integrated - waiting on fix PR to kubevirt/kubevirt before the ARM lanes can start reporting on PRs and eventually become required
[bc] s390x periodic e2e lane fixed - it was failing due to an introduction of a new image and the quay repo was not updated to public
