Commit message guidelines section

Hey everyone,

I opened a PR proposing to add a commit message guidelines section under the docs folder. I believe having clear, documented guidelines will help improve clarity and consistency in commit messages, which in turn can make code reviews easier.

In addition, having explicit rules in the repository could allow us in the future to enforce them automatically or integrate them with AI configuration tools.

I’d appreciate hearing people’s thoughts in this thread. If you have specific suggestions or changes, feel free to comment directly on the PR in the Files changed tab.
