KubeVirt as helm chart

Hi guys, I added PR to helm charts incubator that will make possible to deploy KubeVirt with one helm command:

helm install --name my-release incubator/kubevirt --set master.ip=10.10.10.10,master.selector=master.test.com

I'll give it a shot on an insance when I get to it.

I wonder - on what cluster did you try it?

What is your perspectv eon maintaing manifests, would you benefit from
having release manifests which you could use to update the charts?

I tried it on my vagrant environment, I just used helm to deploy KubeVirt, instead of make vagrant-deploy.

I believe in the near future we will come to some final view of our manifests, so I hope it will need minimum maintenance from my side(except new manifests). Yes, it can nice thing to update manifests only per release, I can change container tags to a specific version and update manifests accordingly.

We also can discuss what fields under the manifests we can edit, for example, if someone will want to change the port of virt-api service or to add additional labels...
