Critical: kubevirt/enhancements needs more active approvers

Hi all,

The OWNERS file currently has only one active

approver, xpivarc, which creates a bottleneck for

PR reviews and approvals.

Could we look into adding additional active

approvers to ensure better coverage and keep

enhancement proposals moving?

We unstuck a PR that added a third approver for this repo. 

This is also a good reminder that everyone can and should be providing reviews to VEPs that touch on their realm of interest and expertise. You do not need to be listed as a reviewer on the OWNERS file :)
Good and timely VEP reviews help them get approved before the deadline.
