arm64 cluster not reachable - jobs unschedulable

Hi,


we are currently investigating an issue with job scheduling on the arm cluster (Tracker issue [1]). We have set arm64 jobs to optional to avoid friction [2] We are working with ARM to resolve the issue and will keep you updated.

issue has been found and a fix has been deployed - we are currently monitoring the situation and will update when appropriate.

scheduling of jobs on ARM cluster works as expected again, therefore we have reverted the arm lanes to being required.
