CI Disruption - bare metal server lost network connectivity

Hi everyone,

The majority of our bare metal servers in the main CI workloads cluster have lost network connectivity.

I am working with IBM cloud to get this connectivity reestablished but please be aware that there will be some impact to CI test lanes.

The issue has been resolved and the nodes are now available again.
