DEDUPLICATION

Hi everyone,  we are trying to enable DEDUPLICATION over ROOK+CEPH (https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/dev/deduplication/)... Can someone help to enable this on kubevirt?

My opinion will be unpopular but Rook is the 4th attempt at a mechanism for managing Ceph.  IMO, they are all dangerous to existing Ceph clusters.  They also abstract away the inner workings of ceph operators dumbing your people down.  Ask Sony Playstation case in point.

Deduplication in Ceph is still alpha and not suitable for production clusters.
