I’d like to request a VEP freeze exception for VEP 192,

Target - Alpha in 1.10

justification :
The PR has been LGTM'd by the dedicated reviewer since yesterday and is currently being reviewed by an approver. However, I'm unsure if they will finish before the freeze by the end of the day.

time requested:
a week, to allow for approver’s attention for a final review and verdict
