Exception Request for VEP #362: Guest Termination State

Hi,

I'd like to request a VEP freeze exception for VEP 362.

Target: Alpha in 1.10

Justification:

There's been quite a lot of feedback and discussions around the design aspects and implementation, significant part of them is already addressed in both VEP PR comments and implementation PR comments. However, there's still some pieces to agree on.

Time requested:

One week, to allow me to address outstanding review comments concerning some design issues and for reviewers to assess my replies.

Hello!

Since this VEP is relatively small, and since you submitted it in a long time ago (late June) this exception request is accepted. Please ensure to merge the PR by end-of-week.

That being said, please see this approval as a one-time thing. Next time we expect the VEP to be merged in time. If there are not enough reviews, you're welcome to join our public meetings / slack channel and ask for feedback.
