Open Meeting: v1.7 VEP retrospective, Wednesday September 17th

G'day folks,

The v1.7 VEP process had some issues that we would like to address. As such we are holding a retrospective meeting next Wednesday, September 17th at 1300 UTC. (The hour before the Community Meeting.)

Please add your feedback to the doc ahead of time.
If you cannot make the meeting, adding comprehensive notes to the agenda is the next best thing to ensure we can understand the issue and try to resolve it for v1.8.
