[kubevirt-dev] Increase number of parallel e2e tests to 4

Hi everyone,

We are planning on increasing the number of e2e tests that we run in parallel from 3 to 4.

This should lead to test lane run time savings of about 20 mins for sig-compute, sig-storage and sig-network lanes.

We had previously updated the number of parallel tests to 6 but this introduced some instability so it was reverted hence why we are going with the more conservative update of 4 this time around.

We will continue to monitor the test lanes to see how they perform with this new setting.
