Exception Request for VEP #172

Hi all,

i would like to request an extension of 1 week for VEP 172.

There was some back and forth whether or not my changes should be split off into a separate VEP or not which was only settled last week.

As such there was not enough time to properly review the final version of the changes yet.

Reviewed, and it looks good to me now.

Apologies, but I removed it from the milestone back at the start of
August before handing the VEP over to you so it disappeared from my
VEP project filter. I've added it back for consideration now so
hopefully we can get this alpha refinement approved.

Hi Jan,

Since this VEP's maturity level isn't changing—it's only being refined—please consider granting the exception. Let's try to merge this within the following days, as soon as possible.
