SIGs - What’s Next? - Calls cancelled until 12/10/23

Hello all,

$subject, during the last call we agreed that to move the process
forward the core PR introducing the new governance framework [1]
needed to land before we reached out for help populating metadata for
the existing SIGs.

I personally think this can happen asynchronously for the next few
weeks without the call and as such would like to cancel the call until
*after* the impending `kubevirt/kubevirt` feature freeze.

My plan as documented in the meeting notes [2] is to restart the call
on October 12th with an ask that individuals interested in leading the
existing SIGs (especially compute, storage and network) attend to
discuss next steps such as populating members and other metadata.

Hello all,

Given Feature Freeze has officially been pushed back to Tuesday 17th
I'm cancelling the restart of SIGs call to allow folks to focus on
landing things ahead of the deadline.

Assuming there are no more changes to the FF date the calls will now
resume on Thursday 19th.
