Change in WG leadership

Hi all,

Due to personal reasons @Shubheksha decided to step down from chair role. She had great role in helping me establish the WG and helping review and prepare us for structured logging migration. I hope that she will be able to remain in K8s community, even as she is not able to contribute as much. Thanks for all your contributions!

I would like to nominate @pohly as a new chair of WG, although he only recently was able to attend WG meetings, he has been active in community for long time.

He is one of main contributors on logr (logging interface we use) and it's implementations. He had major influence on KEP-2845, and he is the main contributor in this area. Thanks to his initiative and hard work we were able to make great progress in last K8s release, for example adding caller information to JSON logs as well migrating it to zapr. I'm really excited to see his contributions grow as he is now able to attend our meetings.
