Unfortunately we have to accept that SIG etcd and etcd itself need all
of his attention nowadays and thus should consider a change in
leadership of this WG. We have several candidates who have been involved
in the WG for a while. I'd like to suggest that we make Mengjiao the new
chair together with myself because she has been most active in the last
few development cycles. Some of you may also know her as co-organizer of
the Contributor Summit in KubeCon China.

Let's set one week as deadline for lazy consensus (14:00 CET, 2023-11-22).
