Hi Karthik,

Thanks for submitting this one. On the whole, I like the idea of taking a look at abort/terminate/stop/suspend/halt, but they do have very specific meanings, particularly in the Linux (and earlier, in the freebsd) communities that Kubernetes rests on.

@jdu...@gmail.com – I know you had some thoughts on this. Mind taking a look?
