[Need Review] Slack moderator - message to display on non-inclusive language

Hi WG Naming,

We are adding a slack bot to the Kubernetes slack that will display a message to the author if they use non-inclusive language - https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/slack-infra/pull/41.

The list of words that the bot will get triggered on can be configured in the filters.yaml file. For now, we are adding the word "guys" to the list. More words can be added in additional PRs.

Need Review - Can you review the message that needs to be displayed when someone uses "guys"? If the current message sounds good, can you please add your LGTM on the PR?

I took a look at this list a few days ago, but there was only one suggestion in the filters.yaml file. Were you hoping WG Naming could help you populate the list?

I am looking for a LGTM from WG Naming for the current suggestion in the filters.yaml file. If it looks good to you, can you add your lgtm there?
