My question translates to: How to call all the pods in a namespace when we hit the Kubernetes end-point? I'm new to Kubernetes and would like to understand what should I use/configure to hit all pods at once, which would invalidate cache.

I suggest you to check this : https://waterplacid.com/k8-docker/

And suggest you go thru : K8 Sandbox – Minikube

In addition couple of info is also available for you to work on K8 and understand K8 functionality better
