Adding nodes to an existing cluster

Is there a way for adding and removing nodes from existing cluster? And how to do it?

Depends how you installed. With kops or kube-up in aws is just changing the
Auto-Scaling-group number of nodes. Then a new node will be created and in a few
minutes, automatically join the cluster.

I guess is the same for GCE and should probably be trivial on GKE too.

But how did you install? That makes all the difference :)
