Archiving of Kubernetes Dashboard Project

Dear sig-ui members,

We are writing to inform you that the Kubernetes Dashboard project will be archived and sunset in the coming days/weeks.

The project has had no active contributors for some time, and as the maintainers, we no longer have time to work on it either. The repository will be archived and marked as no longer maintained.

As an alternative, we recommend looking into a recently added project to the sig-ui, called Headlamp.

Thanks @Sebastian Florek for your leadership in the project. When we started Dashboard in 2015 Kubernetes was still in its infancy. Now more than a decade later the community has different needs and the ecosystem has grown significantly. I think archiving the Dashboard is the right choice :)
