Archiving the dashboard github repo has disabled the helm repo

Hi,

I understand the reasons for deprecating the dashboard, and see the github repo has been archived and moved to the kubernetes-retired organisation.

Was it intentional however to remove the helm repo at https://kubernetes.github.io/dashboard/ which is still referred all over the internet (and has broken my own workflows...).
