Multiple spaces in log are shown as single spaces in log view

Hi everyone,

at our company we are currently updating our installation of k8s dashboard from 2.0.1 to 2.3.1 and I observed the following differences in the log output:

• Log output which is coloured using ANSI codes is now uncoloured with the escape sequences shown - I suspect that this is due to https://github.com/kubernetes/dashboard/pull/5737, am I right?
• Multiple spaces in the log output are now shown as single spaces, so that the indentation in the log output is lost (e.g., a Spring Boot ascii art banner would get squashed) - is this intended, a bug, or possibly due to a misconfiguration on our side?
