facing issue while setting up k8s dashboard in my local development setup

I am facing some issue while setting up k8s dashboard in my local development setup
Followed the steps written - https://github.com/kubernetes/dashboard/blob/master/docs/developer/getting-started.md
npm run executed successfully

but not able to access localhost:8080
It will be great if anyone help me for this.
