Proposing Patrick Ohly and Antonio Ojea for SIG Testing Tech Leads

Hi all,

I'd like to propose two additional Tech Leads for SIG Testing in recognition of their extensive contributions to maintaining the E2E framework (and tests!) amongst other contributions to the SIG.

I believe both Patrick (phohly on GitHub, Slack) and Antonio (aojea on GitHub, Slack) are excellent candidates to help handle lead duties.

Again as per the previous chair nomination discussion, I don't think we're limited in number and I believe we can trust these two to help sustain this role. I personally also intend to continue to support in this role for now.

Thank you both for all your work.

Please reach out with any objections, we'll leave a lazy consensus period of one week before PRing an update.
