Some SIG-Storage sub-projects to be archived

Hi everyone,
We went through the sub-projects under SIG-Storage and identified a few projects as candidates to be archived. These projects either have not been active for a while or are no longer needed. If you are using any of these projects and have concerns on them being archived, please let us know.
The following sub-projects have no commits/releases for a while:
