SIG Service Catalog changes: Konstantin Semenov as a new co-chair

Aloha!

The last couple of months brought a lot of changes. One of those changes has been a new job and changing the horizon of work. As a result, I cannot dedicate enough time that this SIG deserves.

Because of this, I decided to step down, but at the same time, Konstantin Semenov (https://github.com/jhvhs) from VMware is ready to replace me in this role as a co-chair!🎉

Folks, it was awesome to be part of the SIG Service Catalog for almost 2 years, wish you all the best! Special thanks to Jonathan Berkhahn!
