New Service Catalog release [v0.2.2]

Hi all,

We cut-out the new Service Catalog release v0.2.2.  This is the last release of the API Server-based implementation with features. 

Source code is available on the v0.2 branch. We support this implementation by providing bug fixes until July 2020.
