Stepping down as SIG Service Catalog Lead

Hello all,

I'll be stepping down as chair as I don't really have the time to devote to this project.

This puts us below the 2 chair minimum, and there hasn't really been any activity in a while, so it is likely the project will be mothballed or rolled into another SIG. If you're interested in keeping things afloat, please contact Konstantin.
