New recurring meeting time

Hello, K8s SIG Security friends!

With the changing of the year comes a changing of our calendar!

The intent is to continue meeting every other week, starting the week of Jan 11, 2020. We've concocted a doodle poll with some options that should be at least plausible for folx from San Francisco to Berlin.
