[ANNOUNCE] JobSet v0.5.0 Released!

Hi everyone,

We just released Jobset v0.5.0! Some highlights in this release include:

1. JobSet TTL support added, so finished JobSets will be cleaned up automatically after the defined period of time. See this example of how you can set a TTL on JobSets.

2. Introduced MangedBy field to the JobSet spec to enable Multi-Kueue support.

3. Docsite is live at https://jobset.sigs.k8s.io/ with updated documentation and examples.

4. Consolidating JobSet status updates to reduce update conflicts.
