Monitoring with Prometheus

Hi,

I am following the installation instructions and have applied the manifests for Prometheus.  However, I am unsure whether anything has worked and how to see the metrics.  Can I be connect to a port somewhere to view the metrics?  And, if so, which pod/port/path should I be querying?
