• Reason this enhancement is critical for this milestone: This feature has been under discussion since 2016, with the original issue garnering over 100 upvotes. It enables users to troubleshoot production issues more effectively.
• Risks from adding code late: (to k8s stability, testing, etc.): This exception request is only for docs change, so I believe there are no risks associated with code changes.
• Risks from cutting enhancement: (partial implementation, critical customer usecase, etc.) Actually this feature is partially implemented at the moment. Only the server side changes are completed, the kubectl PR has not been merged yet. Since this is only a document exception request, I believe there is no risk.
