[sig-node] [KEP-6035] Enhancement freeze exception request

Hi,
Requesting an enhancement freeze exception for KEP-6035:

- Enhancement name: Exec session identity propagation
- Enhancement status: Alpha
- SIG: SIG Node
- k/enhancements repo issue #: https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/issues/6035
- PR #'s: https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/pull/6205
- Additional time needed: 5 days
- Reason this enhancement is critical for this milestone: The KEP was merged in v1.37 (PR #6036) without API review. The API review PR (#6205) has been open and received reviews, but we have not received follow-up feedback for our response addressing all raised concerns. We need 5 additional days to reach consensus and get the KEP update merged so the enhancement can proceed to alpha in v1.38.
- Risks from adding code late: Low. This PR is a KEP update only.
- Risks from cutting enhancement: The KEP was already merged in v1.37 with the expectation that API review would follow. Cutting it from v1.38 would leave the enhancement in an incomplete state for another release cycle.

I have only scanned the KEP/discussion, but the approach seems questionable and requires more time for alignment between SIG Auth and Node.
