This exception is just to align the documentation with the actual implementation.
I’m opening the exception as this seems to be the formal process to update the docs after the docs freeze.

Reason this enhancement is critical for this milestone: The feature has already merged all code PRs needed to transition it to stable in 1.31.
Risks from adding code late: no risk, we are no adding code, just docs update to align with the implementation
Risks from cutting enhancement: users using the feature may miss one scenario for when PodDisruptionCondition is added
