Additional time needed (in days): 4 (2 business days i.e. June 24)

Reason this enhancement is critical for this milestone: This enhancement adds alpha stage support for Pod Level Resources + In Place Pod Resources Update. It was split from Pod Level Resources into its own KEP at the last minute (i.e. on June 18). If delayed, it would delay the GA stage of Pod-level resources feature by at least one release. 

Risks from adding code late: (to k8s stability, testing, etc.) Featuregate limits the risks associated with this change.

Risks from cutting enhancement: (partial implementation, critical customer usecase, etc.):Cutting this enhancement means the cost and carbon footprint of workload use cases supporting pod-level resources will remain higher due to the need for resource adjustment.
