Reason this enhancement is critical for this milestone: The implementation is done and needs extra time to get the final approvals.

Risks from adding code late: (to k8s stability, testing, etc.): Low - since the feature is alpha and only affects the tainttoleration plugin.

Risks from cutting enhancement: Almost there with the feature being ready for 1.35
