SIG PM meeting canceled + New meeting series to follow next year

Hi SIG PM,

I've sent cancelations for the remaining meetings in the SIG PM recurring series.

Overall, I think the timeslot has consistently been tricky for contributors (including our Chairs) to attend.

As we're approaching the holiday season, I'm going to wait until we start 2020 to send out a poll to figure out a new meeting time.
