Hey all, I'd like to make an exception for 1.33
Enhancement name: KEP 2400 - node memory swap support
Enhancement status (alpha/beta/stable): beta 3
SIG: sig-node

Additional time needed (in days): 3 days (EOD EST Monday)
Reason this enhancement is critical for this milestone: Users are eager for the stabilization of swap
Risks from adding code late: (to k8s stability, testing, etc.) The extension is to merge a template update PR, no structural changes will be merged.
Risks from cutting enhancement: (partial implementation, critical customer use case, etc.) A delay in the stabilization of swap. This KEP is retargeting beta and to slip would mean further slipping GA and not adding eviction awareness to a feature sought by many.
